Accessing Client Area, you can go to https://winnervps.com/clientarea.php
Login using your email address and password that you register before
2. How to access VPS Control Panel
Accessing VPS Control Panel, you can go to https://winnervps.com/vps-control-panel.php
Login using your username (winnerxxxx) and password the same as you register
3. How to connect to Remote Desktop
There is 2 tools that you can use in purpose to connect remote desktop
- Using Microsoft Remote Desktop Connection, or
- Using Microsoft Remote Desktop Connection Manager
the difference is:
- If you only connect/manage one vps, you just need microsoft remote desktop connection software
- If you need to manage 2 or more vps simultaneously, you might want to use microsoft remote desktop connection manager, it's allow to connect to multiple vps/rdc
4. How to change password (Client area, Control Panel, VPS)
There is 2 way to change password:
- If you can login to your client area/vps control panel, you may go to top right corner menu (hello,name), click on it, then click change password, type your current password, then your new password
-If you can not login to your client area/vps control panel, you may go to your client area/vps control panel login page, then click Forgot Password, your reset password will sent to your email, check it, then follow the guide
5. Cannot access Client Area - Forgot Password / Blacklisted
If you forgot your password, you may click on Forgot Password button, then check your email, follow the guide
If you has been blacklisted from login, just wait about 1 hour, then you may try to login again
6. Cannot access Control Panel - Forgot Password / Blacklisted
if you forgot your password, you may click on Forgot Password link, then check your email, follow the guide

7. Cannot connect to VPS/RDP - refer to troubleshooting guide
Firstly, check your login credential from email that sent to you, if the login credential is correct, but you still can't login, please refer to troubleshooting guide
