In case of you cannot connect to your VPS with Remote Desktop connection or SSH Client, you might want to try this step to find out why.
Before doing this step, firstly you need to install Java and Microsot Internet Explorer
Once you install Java, go to Java Configuration, click on Security tab, Edit Site List, input https://winnervps.com and https://cp.winnervps.com , you just have to do this once.
1. Login to your Client area, browse using Microsoft Internet Explorer
2. Click on Services box 3. Choose on service that you cannot connect
4. Scroll down to Server Information, you'll find the "VNC" button, click on it, it will open new small window,
5. Click on Java VNC
6. If you asked for Security Warning, just tick on "I accept the risk and want to run this application", then click on Run
7. or you can use HTML5 vnc for a simple remote desktop
