Can I switch plans? (Upgrade or Downgrade Service)

There are two types of switching plan: upgrading and location switching. You just simply reboot the VPS, no need to worry about your data, and your VPS specification will be upgraded and for the location migration we do have a live migration feature, so you do not need to worry about setting up your data all over again. We will do the switching location automatically, just need a reboot and within minutes (depend on the size of data). That’s all.

In case of Upgrade there will be no problem at all for data migration, but not with Downgrade, since the system not support to Downsizing specification, you need to order the new service in purpose of downgrade, then need to migrate the data from old VPS to new VPS.

Service upgrade and downgrade can only be done nine (9) days before the invoice issued

Following these steps will let you upgrade or downgrade your server package if you need more or less RAM. Upgrading is really easy and it only requires a server restart and of course, no loss of any server data.

1. Log into the Client Area by clicking here.

2. Click on Services box in the panel.

3. Now click on the active service you want to upgrade or downgrade.

4. Click on Upgrade/Downgrade on the left hand side in the Actions box.

5. Find the package you want and select from the drop down menu the billing cycle you are interested in. When you located the package you want and selected the billing cycle preferred click where it says Choose Product.

6. Select your method of payment and click the Click to Continue button.

7. Once the payment has been completed your server will be automatically upgraded. The only thing that you will need to do is restart it at your own convenience for the upgrade to take place.
